NPMA Announces New Key Staff Members

The National Pest Management Association Continues to Build its Leadership Team with the appointment of Rachel Dittman to Director of Marketing and Communications and Kelly Harris to Director of Membership

The National Pest Management Association (NPMA) is pleased to announce that Rachel Dittman, current NPMA marketing manager has been promoted to Director of Marketing and Communications and Kelly Harris, Director of Membership will now oversee all membership initiatives and activities.

“In an effort to better serve the membership and take advantage of NPMA’s staff assets, we are very pleased to be able to ‘promote from within’,” said Dominique Stumpf, chief executive officer for NPMA.  “Serving the industry is of the utmost importance to NPMA, and we are fortunate to have passionate and talented team members who will lead our marketing, communications and membership teams.”

Dittman is a seasoned marketing professional with 9 years of experience in the marketing and design arena.  She previously served as the marketing manager for NPMA for 6 years.

Harris has been involved with membership operations for 18 years during her Association management career.  She is currently the director of membership for NPMA but will now be responsible for all membership operations.

Stumpf went on to say, “Both Rachel and Kelly’s insights and tenure with NPMA will ensure continuity with our membership services as well as our marketing and communications programs.”
